АННОТАЦИЯ
Russia is the richest country of the world, but a standard of living of its population is low enough. As the article shows, poverty is originally a mental phenomenon that is why its overcoming is necessary for beginning with overcoming installation on poverty and formation of enterprise of citizens. In modern social and economic conditions business all over the world is put forward as the most economically productive form of managing. Nowadays business is a complex social and economic reality which is studied by different spheres, such as economy, law, psychology, pedagogies and some other sciences.
