АННОТАЦИЯ
Appeal to modern «digital resources» of science will provide new knowledge for modeling possible options for social development, predict the intensity and time prospects of various stages, and develop digital technologies for assessing the quality of control effects. The purpose of this development, including the cybernetic search for its possible algorithms, should be the standard of living and the level of subjective well-being of Russians, which for many years remain relatively low. To overcome the current situation, detailed elaboration of socio-economic processes, their structural elements, patterns of functioning and cyclical periods of development is necessary. Such an analysis is impossible without reliance on socio-psychological factors, which are increasingly being included in international models for assessing the quality of life at the macro, meso and micro levels.
