The article discusses the role of interpersonal relationships in the workplace as one of the factors determining the perception and assessment of the safety of socio- psychological space of professional activity. The influence of positive relations to the effects on the individual, group and organizational levels are considered. The components of positive interpersonal relationships are disclosed
