АННОТАЦИЯ
The moral-value sphere of teachers of secondary and the higher school is considered. Individual distinctions of moral-valuable features of teachers are defined. The interrelation of moral-spiritual qualities of teachers and degree of emotional burn out of teachers is revealed. 115 teachers of Ioshkar Ola (Mari El Republic) have taken part in this research.
