АННОТАЦИЯ
The dynamic approach presupposes comprehension of personality as an alive mobile integrity which unfolds in a systemic way diverse traits in its socially meaningful activity. The value-motivational and goal-oriented structures of active personality creating tension of its psychological organization are regarded here as diachronic formations finding different qualities at different stages of activity. The central concept of the dynamic approach is the concept of psychological mechanisms, i. e. of regular forms of the dynamics of internal relations in the personality system.
