АННОТАЦИЯ
The conception of continuous education requires the discovery of regularities of development of adult, mature personality and the creation of the integral psychology of development, since the development is a basic way of personality's existence at all the stages of its life course. The continuous education enhances spontaneously formed tendencies of development of adult man's intelligence, i. e. the transition to the stage of formulation of new problems, the formation of intelligence of «social and interpersonal relations». The continuous education appears also to be as a socio-psycho therapeutic means of successful resolution of the identity crisis in adulthood caused by a decrease in the level of achievements in the sphere of vital activity meaningful for perssonality. The continuous education is a factor of preventing personality deformation, of weakening of an important aspect of its functioning as a result of cessation of learning beyond youth.
